 e committee have decided to continue with the film 'The General' and are d
 elighted to announce that our very own Music Director\, Rich Spantikow\, w
 ill play the accompanying organ score\, with Jays' family blessing. \nThe
  General is a 1926 American silent Western slapstick romantic action comed
 y film released by United Artists. It was inspired by the Great Locomotive
  Chase\, a true story of an event that occurred during the American Civil 
 War. The story was adapted from the 1889 memoir The Great Locomotive Chase
  by William Pittenger. The film stars Buster Keaton\, who also co-directed
  it along with Clyde Bruckman.\nHalf ot the proceeds will go to Jay's fami
 ly as a tribute to his life and legacy. Tickets online are $1.00 each plu
 s a booking fee of $1 per transaction. A freewill donation is strongly enc
 ouraged to help Linda plan her future. Please use the donation button on 
 this site\, which will help us on the evening.  \nRefreshments\, includi
 ng popcorn\, will be available for purchase. Proceeds will go to our Pipe
